The Official Language Rights Expert Panel makes all decisions in accordance with its Terms of Reference. They generally meet 4 times a year.
It currently consists of Ibrahima Diallo, Pearl Eliadis, Stéphanie Chouinard, Linton Garner, Richard Goulet, Myra Shuster and Denis Perreaux. The biographies of the members can be found on the website of the Department of Canadian Heritage.
